Hello. I’m Chris Parnass and I have been in the commercial real estate industry most of my professional life. My expertise comes from working on several hundreds of projects throughout my career. I can bring experience and knowledge to the sale or purchase of your multi-family property. My reputation for high-energy and a positive attitude for solving problems is what my clients have come to rely upon.
I have been involved in nearly $1B of commercial construction and development through Heil Construction, Inc. and Envision Development. Products include multi-family, retail, design/build office, residential, custom homes and hi-rise office tenant improvements.
I was also employed by Landwin Commercial Real Estate for Acquisitions and Client Relations for private equity funds. My role included analyzing projects that would meet Landwin’s investment criteria and finding joint-venture opportunities in California, Nevada, and Arizona.
I reside with my family in the South Bay and have been happily married for 25 years with 2 children and a couple of grand kids. I have been a member and/or participated in these organizations over the past 20 years:
